Apatzingan

I have been on a bus all day long. I just barely arrived to my new area about a half hour ago. My new area is in the state of Michoacan (I don’t know how to spell that) and I’m in the city of Apatzingan. And yeah I am baking like a toasted cheezer. It is the 2nd hottest place in the mission. But I really think I’m going to like it. My new comp is Elder Aragon he is a native so my Spanish is going to get a lot better a lot faster. oh and if you girls haven’t sent my quilt yet you might want to hold off on sending that for a little while because it is super hot here but if you have sent it than that’s totally cool.  Yeah I am stoked for my new area and my new comp for sure!!!!!

It was a bit sad to leave my ward though.

I loved my ward very much. Many were sad on Sunday. Yeah we didn’t know we had changes till last night but I think they could sense that I was going to get switched out to a different area. Marien is an investigator that we have been visiting since I got to Mexico. She has a very strong testimony of this gospel but she hasn’t been baptized yet because she can’t find a job and she is living with a guy. She can’t get baptized unless she gets married or moves out. Yesterday when she was leaving I was getting her direction and email because I really want you to meet her mom when you come pick me up.

She started to cry and said "miller, I love you as if you were my own son" I couldn’t help but to get a little emotional. She made me promise that I would come visit her. I promised. Family I love these people, I really do.

On Sunday I also taught a whole gospel principle class. I studied all week and asked God a lot for guidance and help. Sunday came around and I was really calm and taught as if Spanish was my native tongue. The spirit was very powerful and many powerful testimonies were given by the class. I was filled with joy and my much thanks to my Heavenly Father for his help.

So Elder Toone went home today. I gave him a letter for you guys. He is going to come visit you guys. Be ready Jacee. Oh and Jacee, I gave him a picture of you and he loved it. So be ready for a visit.

Tell Brian and Colby when they are out on the lake wakeboarding and totally just wreck hard to think about me. I miss those guys a lot.

Mom and pop I know you have a strong testimony of tithing. Can you share with me your testimony of tithing and an experience you had. If you could that would be totally sweet. I really would appreciate it.

I love all you very much but I gotta go do some work. Take care. I will for sure drink lots of water mom because dang its hot!!!!!!
